• Minimum 3 days hire
• No additional charge for rentals between Hertz Locations in Croatia. It is possible to return the rented vehicle abroad (subject to a fee).
• Additional costs, insurances, GPS, additional driver, delivery and collection fees where applicable & other incidentals are payable direct in Croatian local currency (HRK).
• Costs quoted in Euro currency are subject to change. All additional services quoted above are exclusive of 23% VAT tax. This must be paid in local currency direct to Hertz
• The minimum age for drivers is 21 (25 for vehicle groups I, J, K ,N and X).
• A valid national driving license held for at least one year must be produced together with a passport or an acceptable national identity card.
• Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) – EUR4.00 per day
• Vehicles may not be driven across any of the Croatian borders without prior written approval from Hertz, except when crossing Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina borders on the main A8 Main Road(route E65) between Split and Dubrovnik.
• Insurance Supplement is payable for driving rented vehicle into the territory of Serbia and Montenegro (SiCG) – EUR7.00 per day (maximum charge 3 days per rental)
• Non Waiverable Excess: Vechile EUR600 (groups A, B, C); EUR800 (groups D, E); EUR1,200 (other groups)
• Non Waivable Excess Waiver (SC- Super Cover) – EUR10 per day (groups A, B, C); EUR12 per day (groups D, E); EUR16 per day (other groups) by paying the daily charge specified clients’ liability for loss or damage to the vehicle, its parts or accessories is eliminated
• Out of Hours Delivery and Collection Fee EUR12 – up to 2 hours before/after Office Hours; EUR24 – 2 hours or more before/after opening hours
• Child-Baby Seat – EUR15 per day, maximum 3 days
• Roof Racks – EUR8 per day – maximum charge 3 days
